The Minutes of the last meeting held on 20^th November 2023 are submitted for approval as a correct record.

Recommended                     -  That the Minutes be received and approved as a correct record.

Members are requested to consider a request for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) in relation to Bees Knees, 89-97 Blackburn Road, Accrington, at a hearing to be held under Section 105(2)(a) of the Licensing Act 2003 following an objection from the Council’s Environmental Protection Officer.

The applicant has been invited to the meeting and advised of their right to be represented.

Recommended                  (1)  That, in accordance with Section 105(2) of the Licensing Act 2003, the Sub-Committee are requested to consider the Temporary Event Notice (TEN) submitted by Miss Jey Gregory and the subsequent objection submitted by Paul Thwaites, on behalf of the Environmental Protection Team, Hyndburn Borough Council; and

                                            (2)  That, in accordance with Section 105(2) of the Licensing Act 2003, the Sub-Committee must take such steps, as set out in the conclusion of the report, as it considers necessary for the promotion of the licensing objectives.
