The Minutes of the last meeting held on 20^th November, 2023 be submitted for approval as a correct record.

Recommended                     -  That the Minutes be received and approved as a correct record.

Members are requested to consider a request for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) in relation to Bees Knees, 89-97 Blackburn Road, Accrington, at a hearing to be held under Section 105(2)(a) of the Licensing Act 2003 following an objection from the Council’s Environmental Protection Officer.

The applicant has been invited to attend the meeting and been advised of their right to be represented.

Recommended      -         That in accordance with Section 105(2) of the Licensing Act 2003, the Sub-Committee are requested to consider the Temporary Event Notices (TEN) submitted by Miss Jey Chloe Gregory and the subsequent objection submitted by Simon O’Hara on behalf of the Environmental Protection Team, Hyndburn Borough Council; and   

                                           In accordance with Section 105(2) of the Licensing Act 2003, the Sub-Committee must take such of the steps set out in the conclusion of the report as it considers necessary for the promotion of the licensing objectives.
