To submit the minutes of the Cabinet Committee (Street Naming) meeting held on the 7^th November 2018 for approval as a correct record.

Recommended          -           That the minutes be received and approved as a

To seek approval for the naming of the following Street for a new-build residential development located off Norman Road, Oswaldtwistle.

Recommended          -That the street be named as set out in the report. 

The Chief Planning and Transportation Officer submitted a report to seek approval for the naming of a street for a new-build residential development located off Norman Road, Oswaldtwistle.

Members present at the meeting discussed the history of the site and the link to the proposed name and were in support of the choice which was detailed in the report attached to the agenda.

Resolved        -           That the street name (Cobble Close) be named as per the

Officer’s recommendation in the report.
