Apologies for absence, Substitutions, Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

Minutes:

Absence for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillors Judith Addison, Clare Cleary and Munsif Dad.

 

Councillors Sara Britcliffe, Paul Cox and Miles Parkinson acted as substitute representatives for Councillors Addison, Cleary and Dad. 

 

There were no reported declarations of interest or dispensations.

To seek approval for the naming of the following Street for a new-build residential development located off Rhoden Road, Oswaldtwistle.

 

Recommended          -That the street be named as set out in the report.

Minutes:

The Chief Planning and Transportation Officer submitted a report to seek approval for the naming of a Street for a new-build residential development located off Rhoden Road, Oswaldtwistle.

 

Two Oswaldtwistle ward Councillors had been involved in discussions related to the street naming and were in support of the application which was attached to the agenda.

 

Resolved        -           That the street name (Brear Vale) be named as per the

Officer’s recommendation in the report.
