3.	Minutes of the Last Meeting PDF 59 KB The Minutes of the last meeting of the Hearing Sub-Committee held on 19^th September 2024 were submitted for approval as a correct record. Recommended – That the Minutes be received and approved as a correct record.

Exclusion of the Public PDF 75 KB The Chair will ask both the investigator and the subject councillor whether they are seeking the exclusion of the press and public and, if they are, on what grounds. The Committee will consider any representations made and will determine whether the press and public are to be excluded.
5.	Standards Investigation View the reasons why item 5. is restricted To update Members of the Committee about the progress of a recent standards investigation. Recommended - That the Committee consider the report relating to the investigation and determine the next steps.
