Future of Temporary Appointment Exempt Report - Paragraph 1 – Information relating to any individual
To allow the Committee to make a decision on the future of a temporary appointment.
Recommended - That the Committee considers the information put forward in this report and at the meeting on 2nd March 2020 and reaches a decision.
Minutes: Exempt information under the Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A, Paragraph 1 – Information relating to any individual
The Head of Policy and Organisational Development submitted a report to allow the Committee to make a decision on the future of a temporary appointment.
The Committee were requested to consider the information put forward in the report and at the meeting a reach a decision on whether to:
a) Make the arrangement permanent; or b) Offer the postholder an extension for a further temporary period; or c) End the arrangement and, with effect from the end date, consider reallocating additional responsibilities.
Resolved - That the postholder of the temporary appointment be offered a permanent position of the same role.
