20/03/2023 - Special Urgency Notice - Hyndburn Leisure Transformation
Key decision to be taken in accordance with Information Procedure Rule D16 (Special Urgency)
Decision Maker: Cabinet
Decision due date: 22/03/2023
Notice of decision: 20/03/2023
This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.
Reason for urgency:

The work of the Council and Leisure Trust over the past four years has aimed to understand the potential to enhance the existing leisure offer to maximise positive outcomes for the local community. To defer the above decision risks delay to the planned improvements and could lead to additional costs for ad hoc repairs to existing facilities and loss of service.
