Full: Permission in Principle for the change of use and conversion of a vacant stable block into 1no dwelling.  

3B. 11/20/0450 – Land to rear of Lower Hill House Farm, Higher gate, Huncoat, BB5 6LH

Full: Erection of 2 storey 4 bedroom detached dwelling.

3C. 11/20/0456 – Mercer Hall, Queen Street, Great Harwood, BB6 7AL

Full: Remodelling of area in front of Mercer Hall to create public seating and enhance the imposing Mercer Hall.

3D. 11/20/0182 – Land adjacent to the Market Hall and The Pavilions, Peel Street, Accrington, BB5 1ER

Full planning permission and relevant demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area (Accrington Town Centre Conservation Area): Demolition and removal of the pavilions, extension of the highway up to 3m of the Market Hall. Creation of designated parking bays for up to 52 cars including relocation of the Jubilee Clock and LED street lighting units.

Full Major: Variation of condition no 2 (approved plans) of planning permission re 11/17/0536 under s73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
