Full: Erection of 2 storey 4 bedroom detached dwelling.

Full: Remodelling of area in front of Mercer Hall to create public seating and enhance the imposing Mercer Hall.

Full planning permission and relevant demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area (Accrington Town Centre Conservation Area): Demolition and removal of the pavilions, extension of the highway up to 3m of the Market Hall. Creation of designated parking bays for up to 52 cars including relocation of the Jubilee Clock and LED street lighting units.
